Francisco's Restaurante Y Cantina, located in historical downtown Durango, was first established in 1968, then only a local pub known as Joe's Place. Francisco Garcia, known to everyone as Francis, his wife Claudine, and their sons, Skip & Ted, purchased the building and changed not only the name, but the whole concept. It features wonderful Mexican and American Food in a beautifully decorated Mexican enviornment.
