The Henry Strater Theatre - “The world-renowned Henry Strater Theatre (referred to by locals as ‘The Hank’) is the oldest continually running theatre in Durango, tallying over 47 years of quality performances.

The Bar-D Chuckwagon Suppers - Located approximately 10 miles north of Durango in the Beautiful Animas Valley, the Bar-D Chuckwagon Durango Colorado provides a live western music cowboy stage show with music, and comedy performed by the Bar-D Wranglers after a barbecue beef, chicken, or steak supper. The Bar-D Chuckwagon opened in 1969 near Durango Colorado on the Dalton Bar-D Ranch. The Bar-D has become one of the areas major attractions for tourist, visitor, and locals alike and is a must experience among things to do and restaurants to try near Durango Colorado.

The Diamond Belle Saloon - Set in an Old West Saloon, the Diamond Belle features the best in nightly entertainment. They feature some of the worlds best ragtime pianists and also a variety of Durango's most popular local entertainment. It is a wonderful collection of local color, entertainment, food and beverage and great service from costumed staff.

The Office Spiritorium - Located in the Strater Hotel next to the Mahogany Grille restaurant, the Office is a classy, fun bar. There are always new faces with the constant ebb and flow of hotel guests, and the staff is friendly and knowledgable. Nightly live music and comfortable furniture make the office a favorite of locals and visitors alike. The Summit - If you're looking for Rock-n-Roll, Hip-Hop, Or just DANCING till the wee hours, the Summit is the place for you. Located upstairs at 600 Main Ave, the Summit has been a local hangout for years with a very full entertainment calendar. The Summit also offers Billiards and frequent drink specials.

Steamworks - One of Durango's four breweries, Steamworks also has great food and a lively atmosphere. It is seldom empty, and is a great place to check out the football game, or just to enjoy some hand crafted beer on the deck overlooking town.
